To come to an agreement on the bipartisan bill and the $3.5 bill crop. jayapal and other progressives won t vote for the bipartisan bill if they don t see passage of the reconciliation package. what jayapal and pelosi talked about and jayapal emerged saying a planned vote on the bipartisan infrastructure bill in the house may be forced to be delayed because there just aren t enough progressive votes to put it over the finish line. but big problem is democrats in the house have not agreed as to what that $3.5 trillion package should look like, which priorities should be funded and for how much. house speaker nancy pelosi has said she s only committed to a package that will be as much as $3.5 trillion, but she hasn t said how that money will be spent. that will be key in this process moving forward and then, of ....
