Were staying on top of a developing story in Montgomery County. A big water main break on a major road many of you take into the district. This is affecting Georgia Avenue southbound right at the intersection of connecticut avenue. Megan mcgrath is live on aspen hill with a look at what crews are doing. Reporter aaron, we have quite a mess. A 10inch water main burst creating this enormous hole in the road. Lets take a birds eye view. You can get an idea how large the hole is in the roadway. This is a a dedicated righthand turn lane from southbound Georgia Avenue to turn right on to southbound connecticut avenue. As you can see, that turn lane, that ramp is now completely closed. And that is going to be the case for several hours while they work to repair this water main and back fill the hole and fix the pavement. You can
