This, an Early Detection of rotation across the delaware bay moving towards fort skew, call the National Weather service there was a severe thunderstorm and asked them will you put out a Tornado Warning and we saw this. There was a report of a water spout that crossed the bay and was seen in fort skew. More storms are moving our way and you can see a few popping here in delaware county. Also, some in cap, but im more concerned about this to the west, flooding concerns during the nighttime hours. So we had a flood advisory for wilmington into parts of delaware county.
