中南部雨下到月底彭啟明揭颱風生成時間 - 生活

彭啟明今早在臉書指出，目前預測上七月中上旬，台灣各地都是偏高溫炎熱的天氣類型，偶有局部午後雷陣雨發生。七月下旬開始，西太平洋海域將轉換，菲律賓東方海面上，會較有利於熱帶擾動的發展，也就是颱風較容易發展生成。彭啟明表示，今年東太平洋靠近赤道區域的海溫，目前已經回歸正常，不至於像去年偏向反聖嬰，發生七月沒颱風的奇怪現象，今年西太平洋颱風的發展應該會趨於正常，帶給台灣3至4個颱風威脅。至於近日天氣，彭啟明表示，今天台灣仍受西南風影響，西半部水氣偏多，配合上海陸風環流，苗栗以南到屏東都有顯著降雨，其中較大雨勢集中在彰化到高雄附近，幾個小時內就有60至100毫米的累積降雨，時雨量甚至高達40至50毫米，有時強降雨的雨勢頗大，預計今天上午都仍有雨勢持續發展，西半部可能延續到午後。
