The master plan presented Monday, Dec. 18, was created from a study done alongside consultants Bolton & Menk Inc. after the city received a $100,000 placemaking grant from the state.
In newly released meeting minutes, West Fargo city commissioners met individually in August, September and October to discuss possibly leasing office space to free up room at City Hall.
City staff suggested that West Fargo continue to pick up additional garbage and bulky items, but instead of doing so with a follow truck, residents would have to use a scheduling system.
A five-year lease for office space at 2515 Sixth Ct. W., West Fargo, or the north building of the WEX Health Inc. campus, will be considered by the City Commission on Monday, Dec. 18.
