Hampden Medical Center gets township OK on its land development plan for 3-story office building, garage Updated Apr 04, 2021; The Hampden Township Board of Commissioners on Thursday night approved a final land development plan for Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center - Phase 2A, located at Wentworth Corporate Center on one lot, 43.941 acres. The plan calls for a three-story medical office building and a four-story garage. The commissioners also approved a final subdivision and land development plan for 3820-3900 Market Street. It will consist of three lots covering 2.81 acres. The plan calls for three office buildings with a total of 11,250 square feet. ....
