The chair of the Celtic Freeport bid consortium has visited the Port of Milford Haven in Pembrokeshire to see how a Freeport would transform the Welsh economy by securing the benefits of the floating offshore wind (FLOW), hydrogen and sustainable fuels industries.
The Freeport Programme in Wales bidding prospectus is delivered in partnership by the Welsh Government and UK Government. It gives further details on the Welsh Freeport model and sets out how bidders can apply in Wales.
