The consortium behind one of the bids for a Welsh Freeport has said news that two green Freeports are to be established in Scotland demonstrates the job-creating potential of floating offshore wind power which is at the heart of its own proposal.
The chair of the Celtic Freeport bid consortium has visited the Port of Milford Haven in Pembrokeshire to see how a Freeport would transform the Welsh economy by securing the benefits of the floating offshore wind (FLOW), hydrogen and sustainable fuels industries.
