Stand here not i as a member of congress but as a doctor. When i took the oath, like thousands of other doctors, there is really only three basic ethics in there. The netherlands, to do good. Mr. Speaker, this bill does not do anything good. It makes it harder to get health care. The second was not malfeasance, to do no harm. Mr. Speaker, this will is going americans. Lions of it is going to pull Health Care Coverage of weight from folks. I have heard from people who have talked about how it saved their lives. If you pull health care way, people will get sicker and some people may intentionally die. The third ethic is patient autonomy. Mr. Speaker, this bill does not empower patients to make their own choices ....

Performance testing, i want to be clear that we have conducted extensive security testing for the systems on october 1. We continue to test for security on a daily and Weekend Daily and weekly basis.
