Jan 24, 2021 WARREN Lisa Christine Paugh, 42, passed away peacefully at 11:40 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, following complications of a fall days earlier. Lisa was born in Warren on Feb. 22, 1978, along with her twin sister, Katherine “Katie,” the daughter of Craig and Ruth Marshman Paugh. Lisa was a 1996 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. She graduated from Youngstown State University, magna cum laude, with a bachelor’s degree in art history, a subject she truly loved. For over 17 years, Lisa was a substitute school teacher for Warren City Schools. The latter years, she was a permanent building substitute at Jefferson PK-8. In addition, Lisa was a sales associate for LeRoy’s Jewelry store at the Eastwood Mall. Lisa’s desire was to help children achieve and adults to find satisfaction in their choices.
