analyst dahlia scheindlin. welcome to the programme. when it comes to giving military aid to ukraine the us has been generous they ve sent billions of dollars worth of weapons, artillery, tactical drones, ammunition. it s aid that has helped ukraine turn the tide in battles they seemed destined to lose. the us government even appears close to sending a long range multiple rocket system to ukraine. butjoe biden has set a line that the us will not cross when it comes to it s military support. are you going to send long range rockets are you going to send long range rockets smc ukraine? we are not going to send to ukraine rocket systems that can strike into russia. so no weapons that would allow ukraine to launch attacks deep into russia. but stronger, more longer range artillery could still be on the way. and those on the front line say they need as much support as possible. because russian forces are closing in on the centre of the strategic city of severo donetsk in the ....
