Bayview apartments, which is district ten, and i am begging and pleading with all of you supervisors to come together for district ten, and stop the epidemic, what is going on up here in bayview, regarding the africanamericans, they are doing a legal convictions, they are not giving residents recertification, they make appointments for other residents to have the recertification then they put it off, they put it off and then they make like the residents are not coming for the recertification. At the moment there is a drug operation right across the street from my home. At night there are a group of eight cars that come out and park on the sidewalks all night. They blast music and sell drugs. That attracts other cars are outside of our community to drive through the main purchases there is a constant flow of traffic, loud music, altercations and gas and Power Generators making noise all night from about 10 00 p.
