Immediate zone, the things we primarily are concerned with our volcanic gas the winds can change direction rapidly so a area that might seem like it is safe to breathe in, can change quickly into an area where one can experience noxious fumes. there are some mitigation strategies such as placing a wet cloth over your mouth, this works in a temporary sense but people who have been exposed for great periods of time should not be present in the area. people out researching and monitoring the lava flow are wearing gas masks. thank you so much for joining us. we appreciate it. another erupting volcano in indonesia. it has forced 2000 people to evacuate. while no casualties have been reported,

And that brings with it a large amount of volcanic gas. but thep event elevation is about 12,000 feet. so that is going to help loft the plume higher. i haven t yet heard major reports of fog in communities. i suppose that could change. but i imagine that the vent elevation is a factor that is mitigating that. so interesting. dan, it is great to meet you. thanks for coming in. thank you. matt patrick, thank you so much. really appreciate it. tampa police chief resigned. what was caught on tape that has her stepping down. we re going to show you the moment, next. t in a year for lilike $11k. hmm! order 11! yes, s see you at 11. 1111 masters blvd. please. that ll be 11 even, buddy. really? the clues are all around us. some things are too obvious to be a coincidence.

it is spectacular and because of that it draws in visitors and residents alike to be able to see and experience the activity. often times the opening days of a volcanic eruption like this are the most spectacular so we worry about multiple things. getting too close to the lava or interacting with volcanic gas or particulates in the air. generally clogging the roads and or making access for the first responders and scientists on the ground and civil defense officials and other people that need to be present to monitor the eruption, those are all the things we worry about emma however once a parameter is established, we encourage people to come and look at the eruption from a safe and respectful distance. you have been watching this closely, anything you would like to tell us? have you noticed any major changes in volcanic activity in the last few hours?
