Reporter yeah, frank. The red cross has about a handful of people here at the Evacuation Center in winters and many more came here for food and water. Now, heres the latest from cal fire. They just had a press conference about 20 minutes ago. This fire destroyed one home, outbuilding and damaged one home. The reason for the number is just the inaccessible areas of the fire are difficult to get dozer lines around and hand lines to where we can call it. We have a lot of steep country. Reporter firefighters worry erratic winds and tinder dry conditions will fuel the fire. A car accident is believed to have started the wildfire. The cause is under investigation. The fastmoving fire had people evacuating homes near the town of winters. Some campgrounds south of Lake Berryessa have also been evacuated. Earlier
