He said the governor made the right decision. Its the same old pg e, and we will not stand for that. He recognizes the problem, he recognizes that if we do not see the change thats necessary for pg e, through this bankruptcy, we will one, be back into bankruptcy in the next five to ten years, and two, we will not have a safe utility. Senator hill has been a longtime critic of pg e. He says the best outcome for pg e to make victims whole and protect rate payers going forward.
