North Las Vegas Police are actively looking for a missing was last seen in the area of owens. Police say she was with 48year old Vernon Barnes at the time. He is a close relative and was supposed to be taking her home. Kylees family says they havent been able to make contact with barnes since late last night. If you have seen either of these two.
