Found in rural luzerne county. Mother sara is charged with obstruction and giving misleading information. Without notifying police she moved to a house near quakertown. When someone goes missing we expect people are going to work with us to try to identify that person. To try to identify where she is. That didnt happen. While no one has been charged in graces killing, authorities made it clear they continue to have questions for her mother sara packer.
