Now were looking at obesity rates higher than 30 in one generation. So whats happened is that this one in six that are food insecure for the first time in human history, hunger and obesity coexist in the same community and same person. Be so if youre going to solve a problem, you better know what the problem is. And the problem, it turns out, for many of the food insecure, the majority, 61 at least, is affordable nutrition.
