Approached the young boy, who was alone, waiting for his school bus. Just down the street from his waterloo home. When the school bus arrived. The driver and monitor saw a woman talking to the boy. Police say the woman was hallucinating saying she thought the boy was her relative. That he was in trouble. Hurt. And needed her help. But that was not the case at all.
