U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals judges Tuesday dismissed claims made by gun show operators and proponents that SB 264 and SB 915 violated the 1st and 2nd amendment rights of merchants and customers.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom Thursday signed Senate Bill 915, which prohibits the sale of firearms, ammunition and precursor parts on all state-run properties, including county fairgrounds.
