Appeals court upholds gun sales ban on state properties, fairgrounds

U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals judges Tuesday dismissed claims made by gun show operators and proponents that SB 264 and SB 915 violated the 1st and 2nd amendment rights of merchants and customers.
