And kindness, thats the word from the Colusa County board of supervisors that now gives residents the green light to return to precovid19 days. Really what the county is saying or what the board of supervisors are saying is that people are free to follow and interpret and follow the state guidelines as they deem fit. Reporter marcus croft with the county council says the numbers dont justify the reality here, with only five cases in the county, leaders say colusa should not have the same restrictions as larger counties with more cases. I think theres a lot of frustration that the county is being somewhat lumped into a onesizefitsall type of criteria for the state as a whole. Reporter so they unanimously voted on this resolution which will not enforce any corona vibrance environs virus that infringes on constitutional rights.
