Queer and trans nuns has become a San Francisco institution, spreading joy while capturing the publics interest. Coincidentally march 31st is also transgender day of visibility. Three sisters came from around the world to celebrate in their founding city. We all come together in the spirit of togetherness and joy to spread that joy and give it to other people, and that just recharges the battery for me. The event offered activities for people of all ages, including an Easter Egg Hunt and games for children. There was also an Easter Bonnet competition and later in the day, hunky jesus and foxy mary contests. About 100 people hiked up to the highest point in San Francisco at sunrise today.
