Kristi Bailey with the Chamber of Commerce says the chamber has been working to bring new people into town, and with new people comes the goal of helping them acclimate to the community"The chamber has been working on talent recruitment for a few years now, and one of the things that we do is we try to recruit new people into the area to take jobs and help invigorate the community," Bailey tells KFEQ/St. Joseph Post. "But once they are here it's important to make those new residents feel welcome."Bailey says when someone is new to a town, they might not be the happiest, so the goal of this event is to make people feel more at home."Someone new moves to the
