I have support workers now and doing something different, going to the gym, making my life better and thats the steps the next steps for me. Im hoping that, you know, ill get back into work, get back into my career path, and one day being the person that has recovered from this really rubbish journey that ive been on. But the hope is there and it is going to happen. Lam determined. I dont want this life for myself any more. Youre doing it this time. Yeah. No matter how much you think its taken your life, how much you think youve got nothing left, you can always gain that back, so its never too late to reach out for help
