times. justice jackson: no. i m not going to that. let me just say so your point is that there is no ambiguity with having a list and not having president in it with having a history that suggest that they were really focused on local concerns in the south with this conversation where the legislators actually discussed you are saying there is no they vote. justice jackson: i m talking about the barred office part of this. jason murray: barred office is if you want to include everybody first presidential electors they are not offices so they wouldn t fall under any office. second of all senators and representatives don t hold office either. the tells us under the incompatibility clause refers to them as holding seats not offices. you want to make sure there is no doubt that senators and representatives are covered given that the constitution suggests otherwise, you have to include them. the constitution says the presidency holds an office as do members of this court. and

hanging fruit, the stuff that just feels right today by day, there is no long term strategy here. that s what i said earlier, it s nonsensical. it s just no match up to a long term goal here. what i see is problematic is that the gop talks about religious freedom on one hand, yet on the other, they other americans like me, they look at my last name and assume i muslim, they tell me i m indian when i m american and born in southern virginia. this is an issue where i say, if you re this frustrated, talk about systemic reforms. i ve had the great privilege of traveling the country for over a decade and talking to younger conservatives who have an appetite for things like you know, overturning citizens getting big money out of politics, ending gerrymandering, but one i think there are two things that younger conservatives can start to talk about that can get rid of people like marjorie taylor greene and that is grandchild voting, and introducing a term limit. that is something i turned a
month. the good news, the unemployment rate fell to 8.2%. that s the lowest since february 2009, one month after president obama took office. and not surprisingly, republicans wasted no time in attacking the white house. mitt romney called it a weak and troubling jobs report and said, millions of americans are paying a high price for president obama s economic policies. now, don t be shocked, president obama saw the glass half full. our economy s now created more than 4 million private sector jobs over the past two years. and more than 600,000 in the past three months alone. but it s clear to every american that there will still be ups and downs along the way and that we ve got a lot more work to do. so let s cut through the political spin by adding some perspective. here s a look at the number of jobs in the usa since obama took office in 2009. now, we re not back to where we were, but we are objectively on the upswing. the great recession isn t over for many americans
