Seven and floor balcony since coming from saudi arabia to get the boy surgery for brain cancer. The child plunged to his death earlier this week when he pushed out a screen in his parents apartment and climbed on the balcony railing before falling 70 feet. Police concluded it was an accident and the parents did all they could to protect the 4yearold autistic boy. And the boy suffered from brain cancer that impaired his judgment and the boy had a habit of roaming unsupervised. He came up and kicked it and i think that light kicked on and he kicked the door like this and when he did that he busted it like that.
