Dear Colleague, I'm back in Florida this time in Orlando for the NCPA Annual Meeting. Some readers may remember the 400-mile, six pharmacy visits in 24 hours I did with NCPA President Hugh Chancy and NCPA staffer Tyler Poirier in early July. A lot has happened since then which is why I think this year's NCPA Annual Convention is happening at the perfect time.
Congratulations to our graphic design team, Michael Abernethy and Tyler Poirier, for another successful year and winning multiple awards in the 2023 GDUSA Inhouse Award Showcase. The 60th anniversary edition represents an elite selection of roughly 400 winners from more than 6,000 entries.
Dear Colleague, Thursday and Friday, NCPA President Hugh Chancy, NCPA team member Tyler Poirier visited six pharmacies in Florida. Hugh and I were in Florida to give a keynote presentation to the Florida Pharmacy Association. We flew in early to have a chance to connect with NCPA members and hear what was on their minds and share what NCPA is doing to help.
Congratulations to Creative Director Michael Abernethy and Design Manager Tyler Poirier, who were recognized recently in the Graphic Design USA InHouse Design Awards. “This award is proof of what we already know at NCPA,” said Jack Mozloom, vice president of public affairs and marketing at NCPA. “We have a small graphics team that turns out a lot of excellent work every day.
