Continuing with a phased-in program that began by testing employees with symptoms of COVID-19 earlier this month, Pearland ISD will begin offering testing to symptomatic on-campus students starting Jan. 11.
The testing, which is voluntary, will be offered at eight campuses Dawson and Pearland high schools, Turner College and Career High School, PACE Center, Pearland Junior High South, Sablatura Middle School and Cockrell and Silvercrest elementary schools. The program is the result of a partnership between the Texas Education Agency and the Texas Emergency Management Agency. ....
