JOHNSTOWN Fulton-Montgomery Community College is reporting steady enrollment figures for the spring semester.
The Board of Trustees heard a Student Affairs Committee report from Trustee William Easterly Thursday night.
Easterly said the college had 1,223 students registered for the spring semester, with just over 800 full-time equivalent students. Figures from last year were unavailable.
He said the “admissions team” at FMCC is excited about the figures.
He also reported FMCC has conducted “total access visit days” for prospective students and their families. During the visits, all the usual COVID-19 safety measures were in place, he said. Appointments were made, although there has been some weather issues that slightly hampered the visits, he said. ....
