Hand, guns don t fire themselves, and he didn t aim it at anybody. it had to be aimed at somebody or else it wouldn t have hit somebody. he s either lying or was there another gun involved perhaps? i mean, where do we go with this? well, it s hard to believe and if alec baldwin thinks that somehow absorbs him from potential criminal culpability he s sorely mistaken. the issue is not whether he pulled the trigger or the gun went off accidentally which is hard to believe because this isn t an intent crime that s being investigated. it s a gross negligence crime, so prosecutors are focusing not on the trigger pull but on the handling of the gun by baldwin prior to the shooting incident. was he grossly negligent? and reckless? did he fail to exercise due caution as the law requires to ensure the safety of others? so what s the standard in the industry for actors using guns ....
What we need in our american cities being ravaged by murder and mayhem, we need violent criminals off the street. there are winners and losers of yesterday s meeting, the winners are the violent criminals, there is a collective sigh from the criminals who now know the federal government and local jurisdictions will only target gun dealers and not the trigger pull is actually committing these offenses in our streets. the losers are the victims. who is speaking for the victims. who s speaking for parents and mothers were burying their sons due to gun violence, we need to focus on violent criminals, not once i did they mention gun gained violence, we need to target violent offenders. playing video on the screen that is so hard to watch and you are right, you make a good point, who is fighting for these ....

To fire tauautomatic fire. it s possible to do that. you can take an ar-15 style weapon and make it fire automatically. and we know from the shooting in las vegas last year that it s possible to use something called a bump stock that makes a weapon fire as though it were automatic, with only one trigger pull. so i think that s going to be one question, did he do something like that, or was he just firing so rapidly that it sounded like automatic fire. pete, last question here. i know investigators have searched the apartment belonging to the suspect last night. what do we know of what they found from that search. this is a gentlemen that was taken to the hospital after this took place. i gather he s in stable condition. what do we know of that, as well? yeah, i m not sure i would call him a gentlemen, but in any event fair enough. we haven t heard of anything in the searches that shed any new light on this. pete williams out of washington, our justice correspondent here at ....
