it s confusing. justice samuel alito said this issue is going back to states. we know that 26 states will soon, if they haven t already banned abortion. some of those states had these laws on the books before roe. those went back into effect. others has trigger laws. laws that would be triggered to go into effect if roe were to go down. each state, the trigger law goes into effect at a different time. that s why we re seeing confusion nationwide. there s one other fascinate thing going on. just a couple of hours ago, planned parenthood staid it was going to state court in utah because it was going to challenge utah s trigger law by saying that it violated the state s constitution. the reason i keep emphasizes the word state is this is no longer in the federal arena. e everything is happening in the state and that will be a big lawsuit to watch. it s really changing the legal terrain. that is fascinating. wh a twist. what let s take a look at that. i do not have a ....

roe v. wade according to our res shannon bream is that roe v. wade has been overturned and the question of abortion has been returned to the states. tucker: pandemonium ensued immediately in the headline of the babylon become democrats paused january 6th hearing to pause for insurrection and that is basically true but from a legal perspective, which is what matters, there is nothing surprising about today s decision. it s only a matter of time before roe v. wade was overturned. that s been obvious for decades. even democrats once acknowledged. roe was one of those decisions you never heard anyone defend on its own terms. lots of people want legal abortion but no one has ever explained how exactly the constitution guarantees that. roe was a political document, not a legal opinion and that its existence undermined the legitimacy of the supreme court. it was poison. the purpose of the supreme court a simple, it is to determine whether the laws the politicians pass are co ....

outside the supreme court our own kevin corke is with us. what is going on? it s interesting. if you had been here earlier in the day you would ve seen a bear of a different crowd, we are talking about primarily female, mostly female, mostly young, very peaceful. but as is often the case in circumstances like this, as the day goes on the crowd begins to change just a bit. more young men show up, more people in tactical gear and masks and dark glasses, shades and that sort of thing. a change in tone of what you are seeing. but thus far all day long, it has been peaceful. and we expect it to stay that way, hopefully, because there is a rather large law enforcement presence along the fence line, at least about 60 that we ve seen. uniformed officers. there are more officers within the crowd. we are hoping for the best but so far we have seen a lot of people, passion, some prayer and mostly peaceful protesting. we will keep an eye on it but back to you. sean: any word on ....
