Norfork girls fall at Clinton, Flippin boys get past Bay


The Norfork High School girls’ basketball team had a tough night on the road Friday. The Lady Panthers fell to Clinton by a final of 55-49.
The Flippin boys went on the road and won a high-scoring game. The Bobcats were able to squeak by Bay 82-80.
Gainesville’s girls picked up a victory in the consolation bracket of the Scallywag Showdown at Norwood. The Lady Bulldogs defeated RUSH 50-37.
The Dora boys had a rough outing, as they played in the consolation bracket of the Mansfield Invitational Tournament. The Falcons lost to Houston 73-30.
The night wasn’t any better for Dora’s girls, as they were also on the road. The Lady Falcons suffered a 60-43 loss at Cabool. ....
