CPTD is Talent Development Leader for Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB) at Fairfax County Government the largest publicly funded behavioral health care provider in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She has over 20 years of experience leading, facilitating, and designing learning and development programs across health and human services, higher education, consulting, and nonprofit settings. In her role at CSB, she leads a multitude of training and development efforts focused on quality improvement and compliance in behavioral health care. She has also served as a Fairfax County mentor and on Learning and Development and eLearning Communities of Practice.
