She currently serves as Talent Development Lead Practitioner at Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board, where she leads talent development efforts for the largest publicly funded behavioral health care provider in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
 
With a background in consulting, Dr. Bourne previously worked as Talent Development Manager at ICF, where she managed global talent development operations via the Corporate Business Services division and oversaw the funding and management of professional development programs and events on behalf of one of ICF’s federal clients via the Health, Education, and Social Programs division. ....
