Make that two transfer additions for Michigan State from Louisville.
Christian Fitzpatrick, a former wide receiver for the Cardinals, announced his commitment to the Spartans on Saturday. He is the second Louisville transfer to commit to Michigan State in the offseason, following cornerback Marqui Lowery in February.
Fitzpatrick, 6-foot-4 and 215 pounds, is a former three-star prospect from Southfield A&T High School who signed with Louisville’s 2020 recruiting class. He dealt with injuries last season and appeared in only one game – a start against Wake Forest – and had zero receptions.
