Pretrial motion set in the case of the undocumented immigrant that is accused of killing kate steinle and Lopez Sanchez is charged with first degree murder, and the superior judge that was assigned to the case will hear the legal motions today. Kate steinle was walking with her father and family friend along the waterfront in july 2015 and the bullet hit her in the back killing her.
