While no name is shown on plans filed with the city, the size – 43,387 square feet –  fits Publix Super Markets Inc.
The Lakeland-based grocer says it has no plans that show a site there, but doesn’t rule out the location as one of interest.
“We’re always looking for opportunities to best serve our customers,” said Publix Director of Communications Maria Brous. 
Eastland Timber LLC is the landowner. E-Town Development Inc., part of The PARC Group, is the developer.
England, Thims & Miller Inc. is the civil engineer.
The PARC Group is developing eTown as well as Nocatee, where Publix leases a store. Publix also opened a GreenWise Market there. ....
