“Exchange West is being master planned for more commercial opportunities including corporate office and higher traffic retail.”

The eTown master-planned Southside community is designed for up to 2,000 homes. The primary housing, apartment and retail property is under development east of Florida 9B along E-Town Parkway.
East of Florida 9B, the Exchange at eTown is in development as the commercial element of eTown.
Baptist Health kicked off commercial plans for The Exchange when it said it bought 3.5 acres there. It will start with primary care at the site.
Developers of eTown in South Jacksonville are preparing to open up the west side of Florida 9B with almost 96 acres for office, commercial and multifamily projects.
The city is reviewing civil engineering plans for infrastructure for the first phase of what is called Westland.
The eTown housing, apartment and retail property is under development east of Florida 9B along E-Town Parkway.

Westland Timber LLC, led by members of the Davis family, is the property owner. The PARC Group is the developer.
The site is along E-Town Parkway, east of Florida 9B.
While no name is shown on plans filed with the city, the size – 43,387 square feet – fits Publix Super Markets Inc.
The Lakeland-based grocer says it has no plans that show a site there, but doesn’t rule out the location as one of interest.

Eastland Timber LLC is the landowner. E-Town Development Inc., part of The PARC Group, is the developer.
England, Thims & Miller Inc. is the civil engineer.
The PARC Group is developing eTown as well as Nocatee, where Publix leases a store. Publix also opened a GreenWise Market there.
