solstice to you the longest day of the year. and for many, it is feeling like the hottest day of the year as well. scorching hot temps since early this morning. all across the bay area. a couple of fires have already sparked in the east bay just after 10 o clock this morning. cal fire says 2 brush fires broke out in the altamonte pass just along the i-580, freeway near livermore lanes were closed earlier because of those brush fires. but firefighters were able to stop those flames within an hour. you re still likely to see some traffic delays in that area. if you are headed east. but just a reminder of how hot it is and where we need to be of wildfire. danger when our temps get this high, we do want to take a look at our current temperatures right now. get you a check of your forecast. those temps in in the 100 degrees up in napa, one. 0, one in santa rosa over in the east bay in concord, one. 0, 3, down in the south bay, san jose sitting at 98 degrees. san francisco in ....
