Monroe County First Assistant District Attorney Michael Mancuso announced new charges against Bacchus, 31, and Amanda Green, 29, the infant s parents, Thursday. Bacchus, Green and their infant daughter were staying with a friend, Tony Kristiansen, when police say Ryann was murdered. Kristiansen said the couple had used heroin and methamphetamine. Bacchus was high, looked like a whack job and was slurring his words when he went to sleep with Ryann on the couch, Kristiansen told police. Ryann began to cry around 2 a.m. Kristiansen said he woke up and asked Bacchus to give her baby formula. Bacchus did, and Kristiansen went back to sleep. The baby continued to cry. ....
