Reporter well, officers with the 6th district got an alert this morning and found the suspect just outside a homeless shelter this afternoon. He wasnt being too cooperative with investigators until they started showing him surveillance vid yes of the attack. Reporter police say a man holding a plastic bag walked into a business in china town and carried out what sources called a targeted attack on the owner. The suspect is homeless.
