Of market rate housing in San Francisco and doesnt match the need for Affordable Housing. So, i think the argument that somehow or another b will impact Affordable Housing while we allow people to developers to exceed the height limits at will that have already been approved by planning suggests, in fact, that this is really about the ability to develop those continue to develop luxury housing.
