TOMS RIVER - Could $400,000 help make the Field of Dreams a reality?
When Gov. Phil Murphy unveiled a $44 billion state budget Tuesday, it contained $400,000 to help complete construction of the RWJ Barnabas Health Field of Dreams at Ocean Orthopedic Complex, located on North Bay Avenue in Toms River.
This is something that is going to be great for our town, but more importantly for individuals who just want the chance to participate in activities and sports that don’t get that every day, said Councilman Terrance Turnbach. ....
