still feels like yesterday. it s like it hits me he s not here and he ll never be here again! reporter: garner was a recent graduate of given park high school and had been working of gwen park high school and had been working two jobs. he had a bright future and was looking forward to many things, including going to prom with his girl friend. he wasn t doing drugs. he wasn t drinking. he was coming from playing basketball, an innocent bystander killed needlessly. reporter: prince george s county police say 37-year-old adrian johnson, an fbi agent suspected of driving drunk broadsided garner s suv on february 7th just as the teen pulled out of a driveway. the teen was killed and his passenger 19-year-old robert mitchell ii was severely injured. prince george s county police received an earlier 911 call when johnson s car was seen weaving along the road in brandywine. garner s family says an officer pulled johnson over but did nothing. they say that fact is what ....

state of emergency. v saw some incredible flooding. we will get to that in a moment. first here is fox s rick mikuse with a closer look at the aftermath. reporter: violent storms ripping through the heart of north carolina. 60 tornadoes were reported in this state alone yesterday. everything is destroyed. everything is gone, everything. took the house, tower everything down. unbelievable, really. you didn t know what was going on outside. you could hear it in the house and everything. then when you get out and see that it destroyed everything that you worked for. reporter: in sanford, a lowe s home improvement store was hit. 100 customers and workers were moved to the rear of the building. i ran to the front door and looked over the horizon, the shopping center, there was a humongous tornado. we started making pages over the intercom get to the back. the screaming and emotions at that time, we heard as much crashing and metal behind us. as we ran to the back ....

and i m maureen umeh. and residents from our area are touching down in japan to assist in the aftermath. the search and rescue team was mobilized on friday. they landed at 1:30 this morning. there are 74 team members, including doctors, engineers, firefighters and rescue dogs. the entire world is feeling the effects of the disaster in japan. the aftermath has been intensified by new problems with yet another nuclear facility. here is fox s adam housely with what is happening right now. reporter: fear growing in japan over a possible nuclear disaster as the u.n. nuclear agency said the country has declared an emergency at a second location 120-kilometer from the first one and closer to the major city of sendai. investigators are investigating the source of the plant but all three reactors they say are under control. after reports of a plant in phyco sheila. friday s earthquake knocked down the plant at that facility. sea water is preventing the meltdown. we re us ....
