CHENNAI: Two months ago, when Nand Kumar Satnami came to know that his elder brother, who had gone missing eight years ago, was with a city-based NGO, he didn’t say much. On Friday, after a journey of more than 1,700km from his village in Odisha, when he saw the long-lost Anjar Singh, the 19-year-old Nand Kumar broke down, in joy. Nand Kumar has now volunteered to help The Banyan, whose volunteers rescued Anjar, fondly called Golu. “My family had lost hope, as so many years had passed.
