About a grand jury subpoena fo a video footage which late appears to have found th movement of some boxes so my speculation is that they got phone records, they sa that on the very same day that the subpoena was served, there was a phone call, and they got curious about what that wa about and he had some basis fo the judge to find by preponderance of evidence that there was some crime afloa here so it may go to obstruction of justice about trying to concea from the justice departmen that they still had documents. but until they ask the questions, they will know th answers. right and cynthia, can you talk abou just how difficult it is to ge around attorney-client privilege, and what does it sa about the evidence that smit would have had to show judge how will to do so? i think it s very hard to get around first you have to get over tha legal hurdle that none of us those of us who practice, lo don t want to break th privilege. we don t want to do that ....
