HUBBALLI: The Dharwad district administration and Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC) are leaving no stone unturned to break the chain of spread of the novel coronavirus. The Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC) has decided to seal areas where Covid-19 cases are found in large numbers.
