I at the same time you have to improve the intelligence capabilities of south korea and japan and our capabilities as well. Mike knows more about this than i can tell you but the reality is it is a hard target, north koreas tough, not easy to figure out what this guy is going to do as we have been trying to do that and we had some success in trying to penetrate it, we need to improve our intelligence, continue to squeeze on the sanctions and continue to put pressure on china to convince north korea to come to the notion negotiating table. Spokeswoman Heather Nauert took questions from reporters on some of secretary tillersons comments in london and outlined the latest set of sanctions of 11 companies and individuals in iran. Since they have not yet and may not now put their names to the sanctions waiver and extensions that were granted to iran today could you talk about that . Sure. The secretary said that he made an announcement a couple of hours ago which he started talking about that so i want to first in case you missed it cover some of what the secretary had to say.
