Setting series of wildfires yesterday. Crews responded to eight small fires near the dry creek pioneer regional park. That is just east of union city. Whats happened. Thats our big story at four the battle over the fence around sherman park. This weekend, county executive chris abele and sheriff clarke battled over who has ultimate control over in sherman park. Yesterday, abele ordered the fence be taken down,. Later in the day Sheriff Deputies put the fence back up. Thats when a judge stepped in. Fox6s Jonathon Gregg joins us live from sherman park and continues the story.
